frequently asked questions about our company

Q: With your promotional products, can the pictures be in color or black and white?
A: Yes either. It is a four-color process so colors are unlimited.

Q: With Digital Garment Printing, can you print on any color shirt?
A: Unfortunately, no. There are two limitations with this type of garment printing. We can’t print on dark colored shirts. On full color logos or pictures, they turn out best on white, tan, grey and the very light pastels. Black ink works well on the bolder colors. The other limitation is that there is no white ink.

Q: Can I buy a shirt or mug at the store and have the picture printed them?
A: Yes, you can buy your shirt at the store as long as it is 100% cotton or a 50/50 blend. Mugs need a special coating so we need to use the mugs we have in stock.

Q: Is there a minimum number of products I need to purchase?
A: No, each item is printed individually. That way changes, such as names, can be individualized on each one.

Q: Do you have catalogs to help me choose my garments and designs I might want embroidered?
A: Yes, plenty of choices. We can locate most anything.

Q: How do you need to receive my logo, artwork or design?
A: We can scan a good, clean copy or you can e-mail us your design or logo. We prefer PDF files or other vector files. Remember, the cleaner the logo or artwork, the better it comes out when we print or embroider it.

Q: What is digitizing?
A: Digitizing is the method used to convert your design or logo into stitches. That information is then saved on the computer and transferred to the embroidery machine.
